I was able to sign in using the original email address that I used when I first signed up last Oct. What I still don't understand is how I somehow signed up for the same subscription last March .
I have always been using https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf because I bookmarked it when I first signed up. I never use computers other than mine because of my disability. Whenever I signed in, the site showed my original email address, asking for my password. I don't understand why I ended up signing for the second time. The original email address was showing up until the other day when the site showed my old email address that I deactivated sometime ago. I could not sign in because I had no record of the password for this address.
Yes, I do see my subscriptions listed under "My Plans & Products" and are both still active. But, I don't seem to be able to get refund by canceling one of them.
