IBE doesn't seem to work 'as advertised'. When using Internet Explorer V11, the right click to copy/paste text doesn't work, and very often when text is manually type to be added to existing text the formatting of the original text is not applied to the new text. The experience is worse using Chrome v35 ... when I click on the 'edit' icon presented by IBE to designate an editable area the IBE edit screen never appears. Its as if I never clicked on 'edit'.
