What version of the older Adobe softwares do you have installed?
If its part of Creative Suite then you can use the Creative Suite Cleaner tool ( Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 )
Else you can always navigate to Control Panel > Programs and uninstall from there.
