RX3 is as good as it gets for fixing this sort of thing - as far as it goes. But, complete miracles generally don't happen, and yes, it's expensive. It does, though, possess the best Noise Reduction money can buy (yes I think it's better than Cedar, which is the only competition). And one of the things it can do is to attempt to de-reverb a signal, once it's learned a bit about it. But because of the complexities of the processing involved, and the fact that the wanted signal is inevitably contaminated with the room ambience as well, this is never going to be 100% successful.
