I know that sequence files are not normal footage. What i said is BOTH type of footage -  DV, HDV, AVCHD, DSLR clips as well as the sequences.

BTW, The rendering option was already set to GPU, still video footage is choppy and sequences are even worse

Also I have a 2TB hdd for storage. this ssd is for softwares & OS

May I ask why amd is weak? what spec of this processor is making it behind intel processors ?
