Thanks for providing a clip. I've downloaded a copy, so you can remove it from your Dropbox account now.
Premiere Pro imports and plays the clip fine for me using the built-in ImporterMPEG. I tried CS6.0.5, CC7.2.2, and CC2014.0.1.
The MacBookPro I'm testing on has no 3rd party codecs installed. If you have any codecs installed, perhaps one of them is actually interfering with Premiere reading your clips.
It's possible that you're hitting a limitation of the trial--I didn't think we still had any such limitations for royalty-bearing codecs, but I'm not positive. I'll check on Monday and get back to you.
By the way, you have not specified the exact nature of the failure to import. Does Premiere throw an error message? If so, please post the message.
