Photoshop CC is crashing when I try to import video frames to layers.

I had the same version and all before, I had Windows 7, and had no previous issues when trying to make GIFs. However, now when I try to (I've upgraded my system to Windows 8) it tells me that Photoshop CC has stopped working and crashes.
