Could you explain what is not working with the actions?
Do you get any error messages?
It could be due to your using a french localized version of pse 12 and the actions were probably recorded on an english version of photoshop.
I didn't want you to post the actual action(s), since they are commercial, just a link to the website where you got them is all.
However, i got enough info from the screenshots to find the website.
